COOKEY’S MECHANICAL, INC.  Provides various other services to Developers, Contractors and Real Estate concerns.   Included but not limited to, Construction Estimating, Conceptual Estimating, Hard-Bid and Design Built Estimating.   Scheduling, Special Inspections, Subcontract Administration and Management, Budget Analysis, Value Engineering and Quality Control.  The corporation maintains $2.0 million of General Liability Insurance, $1.0 million Worker’s Compensation Insurance and $1.0 million Automobile Liability Insurance.  The firm is a member of several professional organizations including, PHCCA (Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association), Associated Builders & Contractors, (Western Colorado Chapter), Western Colorado Contractors Association and Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce.
